Rating update: gave us cheese for free on our sandwich. From 2 to 4 stars.
I find it somewhat offense that every guest dining in before and after me had their name taken by the cashier but my name was not requested. Instead, I believe he assumed bc of my ethnicity, he would incur difficulty. My name is very common (black, white, or otherwise) and have yet to return to this establishment bc of that subtle racial issue. The food was great but the atmosphere was kinda odd.
Good food. Usually good service. If yo go within and hour of closing time the store is already shutting down. Some Seating areas are usually closed and they might be out of some foods and drinks. Tea rarely stays stocked by the drink dispenses so you often have to wait at the counter for sweet or Unsweet tea.
Nasty nasty. I swear these Arby's is getting so bad. The food looks absolutely nothing like the picture. And the tastes is, well what tastes? This place is horrible. We will never stop at this Arby's again. Next trip we will look for real food and clean, the bathroom was so nasty it was making the eating area stink. Who let's a business bathroom get this nasty.
Very Clean & Good Service. What a nice & enjoyable place to eat.
Food was okay. Stuff was floating in the sweet tea. Had to use the restroom, and it was out of toilet paper. Had to call my dad. They were prompt with resolution of the situation.
