Usually pretty good. There seems to be good and bad days though. Most of the servers do a good job.
VERY unhappy. Server made assumptions about my order that were very incorrect, then dropped check and disappeared. It is awful to look forward to a nice meal out and leave angry.
Terrible service. Brought out steak that was medium well not medium. Steak had a lot of fat. Had to ask them to cook it again. Steak tasted like a frozen steak. Said would give discount on steak - but they didn’t. Only would if we had taken the first one. Server was more worried about clearing away dirty dishes instead of getting us more drinks. Had to ask to get more drinks.
WILL NOT eat there again.
We went here for a late night dinner last week (we got there about 9:30) it was the worst mistake. First off, my boyfriend ordered a beer and I ordered a mixed drink with a water... throughout the whole time I had to ask THREE TIMES for my water and each time our waitress never got it for me finally she came back to our table and asked my fiancé if he wanted another beer (mind you I still never got my water) and he said no we just need two waters... that time she finally brought it. We waited for our food for over 45 minutes ( it was only us and one other table in the whole restaurant so they weren't busy) and when we finally get our food it wasn't much worth the wait. My fiancées shrimp were RAW and my broccoli was so over cooked it would mosh under my fork. Just after we start eating we decided to go ahead and ask for our check (knowing it was probably going to take a awhile) she came and got our money right away but was taking forever to return our change so we look around and our waitress is TAKING SHOTS AT THE BAR!!!! Yes taking SHOTS! I hope she had a fun night at work because we definitely didn't tip her and we definitely won't be back. And I really hope Corporate sees this review of how their chain of restaurants is getting ran.
I was here on August 20th and the food was barely edible. I ordered the ribs. Big mistake. They had obviously been sitting in a refrigerator and someone just dumped them in the microwave for 5 minutes. I would say if you stick to something that can be fried you might have a better experience. Also, the place seemed scuzzy, like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The servers seemed like they really didn't want to be there. Not a good value.
