I road up from Clarksville, TN to Abernathy's looking to purchase a Rushmore series Road Glide. I had my hopes set on a used 2015 (didn't think I could afford a 2017). After speaking with Danny for a while he showed me a used 2017 they had in stock. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of the two and got me where I needed to be on price. I went home that day with my first purchass from Abernathy's, a 2017 Road Glide.
Went into store in a hurry casher jump right in board helped me find a great gift checked me right out gift wrapped as quick as she could so I could get back to work Great place!
Everything was fantastic. The people was great and could answer all my questions. Matter of fact, I brought home a new Ultra Limited.. Love it.
All-in-all I have had a great experience at Abernathy's. Everyone has been professional and courteous from the sales to the service staff. I will continue to business with them because I feel like they actually care. If you want to be taken care of this is the place to go.
Great experience with purchasing my first bike from Abernathy's HD. Ken Rossignol was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Very friendly employees that will make you feel welcome. They have gained a very happy customer! I would definitely recommend them!
I enjoy going to this store. The employees are helpful. The employees don't hover over you but will check on you to see if you need assistance.
