I am very disappointed. I ordered online for my grandmother in the hospital in Union City. I am located in FL niw, but originally from Dresden, and I did see the disclaimer that if they are out of flowers I ordered that the talented florist would give me something similar. I ordered roses and probably 4 other types of spring flowers in a vase. My grandmother received a dinky crappy bouquet in a coffee cup, with daisys and carnations.....the cheapest flowers out there. Hard for me to believe that they don't have roses. Very very disappointed. My husband is from Union City and told me to use Whitbys. Never again. Embarrassed that's what she got.
