Awful staff not nice they will beat you and throw you in what they want cats are not up to par I strongly advise you not to buy from them they are big rip off don't do it!!!
No one beats them that is correct. No one is running a bigger scam. Example: If you buy a 2007 model truck from them listed at $15,995... well you will end up paying about $28,000, by the time it's all said and done. Why? Because they feel the need to add in "warranty" charges that you pay for every payment and have to pay a deductible to use said warranty, plus countless other fees! Now I realize that life is all about give and take... they make it easy to get it but hard later on.... I didn't have a problem with them until they decided to be rude and disrespectful to my family and I. I had the money ready for the down payment which was suppose to be $500 but ended up being $750, and all the paper work done except for one document. Well it was late and I didn't want to hold them up so I decided it could wait until the next day. Well the next day I get a call saying "well after running the numbers, you don't qualify for this vehicle unless you can give us $2500 down" so it just changed over night???? Then of course they tried to push me into a car that I knew I wouldn't be happy with, which is stupid! Also it is in their policy to take your photo with the vehicle you purchase, If you decline the photo they will not sale you a vehicle. I'm sure there are people that wouldn't like have their photo on social media. It's a privacy issue. They also have a GPS tracking system that will sound an awful alarm inside your vehicle if you do not pay your payment on time. I strongly suggest doing some research before buying from them. They make it sound so great but it's not!!!! After being treated so poorly by J.R's staff I decided to look elsewhere.... I was super pleased when I found the truck (06 dodge cummins diesel lifted 4x4 with only 122k miles) of my dreams for $23,000 $1000 down and payments were only $475 per month. The same truck on J.R.'s lot would have been $800 month and $40,000. Think people...... example 2.... they had an 08 ford for that was super nice with 108k miles.... total price after all the charges was $63,000, but the list price was only $23k.... payments were $707 per month!!!! At that price you could buy a brand new truck. People you can do what you want, that's the great thing about this country but I just think people should know the truth!
